This is the kind of place where morning coffee tastes better with mountain air and the promise of first tracks. Step outside and ski straight to the lift — no shuttle, no hassle, just snow under your boots in minutes. When the day winds down, the private hot tub waits to melt the chill from your bones while the fireplace inside keeps the living space glowing and warm.

The apartment unfolds with three bedrooms designed for flexible sleeping. The first offers a queen bed in a quiet retreat. The second pairs another queen with a bunk and floor mattress, perfect for kids or friends who don't mind the adventure. The third bedroom stacks two sets of bunks, turning bedtime into a cabin-style campout. A sofa bed in the living room brings the total to nine beds, hosting up to twelve guests without anyone feeling squeezed.

Two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath keep mornings moving smoothly. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking basics, dishes and silverware for the full group, a coffee maker for early starts, and all the appliances you need to feed a hungry crew after a big day. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer mean you pack light and stay fresh.

The dedicated workspace with wireless internet lets you extend that long weekend into a work-cation, trading your usual Zoom background for mountain views. Air conditioning and heating keep every season comfortable, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

Outside, the BBQ area and patio furniture set the stage for grilled dinners and late-night conversations under the stars. Free parking means no hunt for street spots after a long drive. Whether you're here for the powder, the summer trails, or simply to breathe deeper, this apartment delivers the essentials without the excess — so you can focus on what brought you to the mountains.
