Tucked between the mountains and river, our two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse condo is a great all year round place to stay while you enjoy the many activities of Fernie and the surrounding area. With the additional king bed in the loft we can accommodate up to six guests. So, after a full day of the outdoors, kick back and relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy a barbecue on the back patio with the stunning mountain views. There is a ski locker on the front deck for your sporting gear.

This family sized townhouse is perfect for an action packed stay in Fernie. With trails on your door step, the provincial park just up the road, and the ski hill a ten minute drive up the road, you couldn't be in a better location! Furthermore, Downtown Fernie can be found just up the highway. You can drive, or take a long stroll into town to find a plethora of boutiques and restaurants.

ENTRANCE

There are steps up to the entrance area. Here you will find the ski locker for all your sporting gear. You enter the townhouse and arrive in the beautifully decorated hallway. There is a place to hang your coats and store your clothing accessories.

Off the hallway you will find the laundry closet with a washer/dryer for your use.

BEDROOMS

You will find the first Queen bedroom on your right from the entrance. This bedroom has an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom is just off the main living area. There is a another Queen bed and storage space for your belongings. This bedroom has a door through to the main floor bathroom (Jack and Jill doors). Finally, if you go up to the loft area on the second floor you will find a King bed and two sofas.

All our beds are dressed in hotel quality bed linen, and the bathrooms are stocked with cozy towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo.

MAIN LIVING AREA

The main living area has the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. There is so much natural light due to the high ceilings and large windows. There is a large wall mounted TV, gas fireplace, comfortable sectional sofa and a four seater dining table: there are two extra dining spaces at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make a quick snack or whip up a full meal. We will provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and even fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay.

PRIVATE DECK

From the dining area, there are glass doors out the private decked area which has outdoor furniture and a BBQ for your personal use. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ. The views on the deck are stunning all year round.

IMPORTANT: The strata forbid the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000.
