Very responsive third-party management company. Very clean unit in the beautiful Fernie mountain resort. Only two coffee mugs in the unit and the only window ac unit in the primary bedroom is very old and barely pumps out cold air. Completely different from the Unit four doors down with a new AC unit that cools off almost the entire condo. The second bedroom is right in front of the hot tub and with no AC and needing the windows to be open so that it’s not 30° constantly, you are intimately involved in every conversation in the hot tub until the wee hours of the morning. It’s a great unit if you’re only here for a few nights, but for four nights with kids, the noise from the bros in the hot tub and the lack of cool air made it a challenging stay. On the bright side, from the conversation in the hot tub right outside the bedroom window I learned that Rick is really enjoying his new job as a mechanic, but his boss is kind of a jerk.

Great place, will stay again!

I usually ski resorts to be a long way from town but the proximity of this place to town makes it easy for winter or summer activities.
